The new location is located at KM 18 Lang Hoa Lac Street, in the industrial zone Thach That — Quoc Oai (Hanoi). It covers an area of 3,500 square meters (m2), including new office and workshop, with 2,000 facilities of 200 different types.

In the developed countries, construction equipment rental is popular, because it maximizes capacity utilization and reduces investment as well as maintenance costs.
In Vietnam, by the end of 2017, in parallel with the recovery of the real estate market (the total value of real estate inventory decreased 17% compared with December 2016, equivalent to 5300 billion)*, construction machine rental market is increasingly active. Currently, there are approximately 150,000 contractors in Vietnam, including about 2,000 large and medium sized ones (estimated by Vietnam Association of Mechanical Industry (VAMI)).
